Must read for understanding how to scale companies at unprecedented speeds.

Must read for anybody in the startup ecosystem. Peter Thiel's insights on creating truly new things.
Chop Wood Carry Water
Loved this. Super simple but powerful reminder of falling in love with the process.

Essential reading on taking innovative products from early adopters to the mainstream market.
Blue Ocean Strategy
Super analytical and case study driven. Great breakdown of how to capture markets that are oversaturated.
The Bezos Letters
FAVORITE BOOK. Loved reading these letters and understanding Amazon's principles through Bezos's own words.
Sam Walton: Made in America
Favorite entrepreneur. Worked from pure principle and showed pure grit around making Walmart the name it is now.

A timeless classic on human relations and personal development.
The Hard Thing About Hard Things
Not many good books on operating a startup. This one depicted the realities pretty well.
Extreme Ownership
Great book about taking ownership of every decision as a leader and taking full accountability around your mistakes.
Steve Jobs
Steve was a prolific builder and thinker. If you want to build a generational company, best book to understand the dichotomy of a leader who has done it before.
Scaling People
Claire does an amazing job providing frameworks for scaling a business effectively. While most applies to post-PMF companies, you can extract some material for pre-PMF stages too.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
Title explains it - a refreshing take on living a meaningful life.
The Lean Startup
Pretty dope stuff in here. While the landscape has shifted a bit, there are still some pretty good practical pieces.
The Personal MBA
Good general read for understanding business fundamentals.
